When they wake up, they will be under a state of hypnosis in which their mind has taken in the subliminal messages that it received when they were listening to the pre-recorded hypnosis tape before going to sleep. They will then go and be focused on only getting rid of weight. A lot of people tend to fail in their weight loss efforts mainly because of the fact that they are too stressed out to stay focused.
